Portfolio of Works

Since childhood, I've always loved domestic and wildlife animals. I spent hours observing and drawing pictures of dogs, horses, hamsters and wildlife, like rabbits. As an adult I learned to photograph domestic and wildlife animals. Using my photos as references, I created wildlife watercolor paintings. Through photography, it expanded my horizons to create a diverse portfolio of wildlife watercolors. One of my best experiences, was photographing wildlife in natural settings at Triple D Wildlife, Kalispell, Montana! In my portfolio, you'll see watercolors of Storm, Snow Leopard, Mountain Lion Kittens and Scout, Red Fox. Stay tuned, there will be more paintings!

During childhood, our family lived and vacationed in diverse United States locations, East Coast, Central and South. After relocating from birth State of Delaware to Oklahoma, my horizons expanded. Our family hiked and camped in amazing landscapes of Western States. I was never the same, love of the West! Through my photographing I capture diverse Western landscapes of Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico. My reference photos are used to create watercolor paintings, such as Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Teton National Park and Sinks Canyon State Park, Lander, WY. Stay tuned, I have more landscape paintings to create!

In 1980, I received my Basic Scuba Diving Certification. My husband and I traveled to Florida Keys, Cozumel, Mexico and Bonaire to scuba dive in amazing underwater world of marine life and environment. What an amazing experience, to observe beautiful colors and behaviors of diverse marine life! I expanded this experience, learned to photograph marine life using underwater Nikonos Film Camera. Great news, I used my reference photos to create watercolor paintings! In my portfolio, you'll see watercolors of Queen Angel Fish, Clownfish and Lionfish. Unfortunately, I no longer scuba dive, but those memories will last me a lifetime!

What is a Fine Art Giclee Print?

Giclee is a French term to spray. It refers to the process that an inkjet printer uses to reproduce a fine art print of an original watercolor painting. With Giclee printing, you can expect a high-quality print that is archival, using pigment-based inks on fine art, acid-free paper that ensures the longevity of my artwork. I only print high resolution, signed, limited edition Giclee prints. Smaller edition numbered prints mean fewer prints are available, which can maintain or rise in value.

When you purchase my Giclee print it is packaged in an acid free, archival sleeve. To maintain the integrity of your Giclee print on paper, it is important to protect the work. If you frame your Giclee print, I recommend using acid-free mat, quality-frame, and UV proof glass. A professional frame shop will have these materials.
